•I hit my sleep goal last night 💤
•I had a nutrient-dense meal for lunch & nutrient-dense dinner 🍲
•5-minute journaling done 📝
•Got my movement in with some light lifting by completing BODi’s 4 Weeks for Every Body Week 1 Day 2 – Legs 🦵
