Hey there! I’m K.J., a mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for helping others navigate their wellness journey—both mentally and physically. As an elder emo, I’ve never outgrown my love for the music that shaped me, and I firmly believe that a great playlist can make any workout (or therapy session) better. When I’m not diving into mental health topics, you’ll find me exploring new foods, hunting for the best coffee, or pushing myself as an aspiring gym goer. My goal?
