This is where energy meets confidence, and momentum becomes your new best friend.

Daily rituals to keep the glow alive:

Uplifting playlists that mix gym anthems with gloomy nostalgia

Protein at every meal (because fuel = power)

Turn up the intensity: progressive overload, HIIT, or cardio bursts

Connect with at least 1 person a week (yes, elder emos can socialize )

Weekly vibes:

Week 9: Try something bold — dark lipstick, a solo date, or a new PR at the gym.

Week 10: 24 hours off social media → reclaim your soul.

Week 11: Create/update your vision board (Pinterest or IRL).

Week 12: Plan your Day 100 reward — trip, concert, tattoo, or photoshoot.

This is the phase where we stop dimming our light to fit in and start radiating the weird, strong, confident elder emo energy that carried us through all-nighters, heartbreaks, and pit sweat. 🖤
